Episode 7 released: Interview with NCN from NoCreditNeeded

NCN from No Credit Needed joins me to talk about blogging and podcasting. NCN’s enthusiasm for personal finance comes through strongly in his blog and in this interview, and I think he’s very inspiring. He recently got out of debt and in the interview he describes the great response he got to announce his freedom from debt on his blog. And he talks about how much he’s learned from comments and from other bloggers.

NCN is also a podcaster, so at the end of the interview we talk a bit about podcasting.

What bloggers would you like to hear interviewed? What questions would you like to hear answered?

I'd like your suggestions for bloggers you'd like to hear interviewed, and your ideas for questions or topics you'd like discussed. I'd also like your feedback on the format of the podcast - do you like the announcements that I've included in the last few episodes? Do you like the straight interview format? Or would you prefer a bit more of a conversational style? Please post your suggestions and ideas.

Episode 4 released: Interview with Cap from Stop Buying Crap

Cap from Stop Buying Crap joins me to explain the inspiration behind the name of his blog, and his thoughts about disclosing personal net worth on blogs. He also holds up a mirror to our modern debt society and its problematic value system - and shares how he's lived through some of the same afflictions. Cap's bold style really exemplifies what sets Personal Finance bloggers apart from columnists in the mainstream media.
